Taiyuan Shiqilong Technology Co., Ltd. has invested in a nearly 6,000-square-meter standard factory building dedicated to graphite product processing, aiming to enhance production capacity and meet market demands. This factory is equipped with modern production facilities, including advanced automation equipment, precision inspection systems, and efficient energy management systems, while also creating an excellent working environment that ensures operational safety, environmental compliance, and employee comfort.
Our production facilities include six advanced gantry machining centers and vertical machining centers, which are equipped with high-precision CNC systems capable of handling the processing requirements of large and complex workpieces. Additionally, there are 31 CNC lathes covering the entire process from rough turning to finish turning, enabling automated and efficient production. Six wire saws are specifically designed for the precise cutting of various graphite raw materials. Furthermore, the facility also houses four conventional horizontal lathes and four surface grinders as auxiliary equipment for basic grinding and shaping operations. In total, we have over 60 advanced pieces of equipment. These devices, through intelligent control and strict quality management, robustly ensure that we can complete production tasks efficiently and accurately, guaranteeing product consistency and timely delivery.
